    It is an important problem to determine the Schur indices m(\(\chi)\) of all the irreducible ordinary characters \(\chi\) of all the finite simple groups G. Let q be a power of an odd prime and let G be a Steinberg triality \(3D_ 4(q^ 3)\). In this article the author shows the following beautiful Theorem: \(m(\chi)=1\) for every \(\chi \in Irr_{{\mathbb{C}}}(G)\).
