The minimization problem of a Mayer type performance index with free end times over the set of all trajectories of the general differential inclusion with state- and endpoints-constraints is studied. The objective function is lipschitzian, the state-constraints are defined by some continuous function while the right-hand-side of differential inclusion is continuous in state, measurable in time variable and has non-empty, compact and convex values. Using the so-called proximal analysis methods the Hamilton necessary optimality conditions are obtained.
