Time dependent 1-D radiation-magnetohydrodynamics as a model for inertial confinement fusion is presented. Discussion on an adaptive space grid depending on space gradients of the variables is given, and the equations are transformed to moving grid. The paper deals with upwind finite control volume space discretization, implicit time discretization for radiation, explicit time discretization for momentum, explicit grid determination, first solving for radiation, then for momentum. Test case for Sod's shock tube solution, then calculation of the dynamics of \(Z\)- pinch plasma channels and comparison with other codes are considered.
