The author establishes uniform estimates for a solution on the whole time interval \(t \geq 0\) and stabilization of a solution as \(t \to + \infty\). Necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of the stationary problem are presented and the rate of stabilization is evaluated. Asymptotic behavior of solution is demonstrated by examples.
