The authors treat the problem of determining under what type of conditions a regular linear form \(\mathcal L\) of semi-classical type on the space of polynomials does not lose its properties when a Dirac-mass is added to it: \(u={\mathcal L}+\lambda\delta_ c\), \(c\in{\mathcal C}\) arbitrary (the authors do not give a definition of regularity in their paper). Moreover, the second order linear differential equation satisfied by the polynomials orthogonal w.r.t. \(u\) is given. Finally a set of examples is treated where \(c=0\) and \({\mathcal L}\) is connected with Hermite-type, generalized Hermite-type, Laguerre-type and Bessel-type orthogonal polyomials.
