This paper gives a survey of the Feichtinger-Gröchenig theory combined with a generalization to projective representation. The author also points out the connections to the existing theory for frame decomposition. The main part is given in Section 6. Here the atomic decomposition theorem is stated. He also shows how to construct coherent Hilbert frames using the abstract theory. Moreover, he extends a result of Daubechies about Weil-Heisenberg coherent states to projective representations. (Theorem 6.6).
