This paper proceeds with the research on the development of a delay-dependent stability condition for linear stochastic uncertain systems with Markovian jump parameters and time delays. A time-varying neutral transformation is employed to obtain the stability of the system. Since the transformation is time-varying, the traditional characteristic equation method is not applicable to the analysis of its stability. In this paper, to derive the stability of transformations, a linear matrix inequality (LMI)-based method is introduced. Moreover, the stability criterion for the system is also derived based on the LMI technique, and thus the system can be solved efficiently. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
