A real spherical pair ($\mathfrak{g,h}$) consists of a real reductive Lie algebra $\mathfrak{g}$ and a reductive real algebraic subalgebra $\mathfrak{h}$ with minimal parabolic subalgebra $\mathfrak{p}$ of $\mathfrak{g}$ such that $\mathfrak{g=h+p}$. The authors classify all such pairs which are strictly indecomposable and it is shown how to obtain all such pairs from the indecomposable ones. The authors have shown in Part I [ibid. 24, No. 1, 67--114 (2019; Zbl 1415.22006)] the case when $\mathfrak{g}$ is simple. The present case uses their simple case results and work of Brien and Mikityak on complex spherical pairs.
