The Keller-Segel equations for chemotaxis coupled with the Navier-Stokes equations and supplemented with relevant boundary conditions are studied as a model of chemotaxis-fluid flow interaction. The authors prove the instantaneous analytic regularization effect of solutions for some classes of initial data. Then, the asymptotic stability of equilibria corresponding to no-flow boundary conditions is proved.
