This paper deals with not necessarily continuous semiflows defined on compact metric spaces. The authors study another variation of Bowen's original definition of topological entropies, making use of separated and spanning sets. Firstly, the authors prove that these definitions agree with the usual ones in the case of continuous semiflows. Secondly, the authors prove that their notions of entropy give a lower bound for the $\tau$-entropy defined by \textit{J. F. Alves} et al. [J. Differ. Equations 259, No. 8, 4229--4252 (2015; Zbl 1359.37075)], for any admissible function $\tau$. Mainly, the authors study impulsive semiflows satisfying certain regularity conditions. The authors prove the following theorem: let $\phi: \mathbb{R}^{+}_{0}\times X \rightarrow X$ be a continuous semiflow on the compact metric space $(X, d)$. Then $\hat{h}_{r}(\phi) = \hat{h}_s(\phi) = h_{\mathrm{top}}(\phi)$. \par If $\phi: \mathbb{R}^{+}_{0}\times X \rightarrow X$ is a semiflow and $\tau$ an admissible function on $X$. The authors prove that $\hat{h}_{r}(\phi)\leq \hat{h}_s(\phi)\leq h_{\mathrm{top}}(\phi)$, where the quantity $h_{\mathrm{top}}(\phi)$ is the $\tau$-topological entropy of $\phi$. Lastly, they present a simple example of a discontinuous semiflow where Bowen's entropies are infinite.
