The purpose of this paper is to show that the potential of the elementary loop theory was not yet fully used with respect to multiplication groups and that there exist powerful elementary tools which were not yet considered. One of such tools is based upon the theorem that a nontrivial inner mapping group never acts regularly on any of its orbits. The applications include an analysis of loops whose inner mapping group is non-Abelian of order \(pq\). Some important earlier results are proved anew in a shorter way.
