In the article under review, the author gives sufficient conditions for an operator of the form \[ Tf(x)=\int_{-\alpha} ^{\alpha} G(x)F(xy)H(y)f(y) \,dy \] to belong to the class of \(r\)-nuclear operators. Here, \(G\) and \(H\) are bounded functions and \(F\) is a smooth function with a suitable Taylor expansion. Under these assumptions, a Lidskii's formula for the trace of \(T\) is proved. The above defined class of integral operators contains the so-called Fox-Li operators.
