The paper deals with the system of differential equations \(x'(t) = B(t)x([t]) + f(t,x(t), y(t))\), \(y'(t) = A(t) y(t) + C(t)y ([t]) + g(t, x(t), y(t))\) and the existence of a solution (x(t), y(t))\(, t \in \mathbb{R}\) as well as of an integral manifold are investigated.
