In the paper, the main attention is focused to the study of multiple Hurwitz zeta functions in terms of absolute zeta functions for algebraic groups (note that they are developed in [\textit{P. T. Young}, Fibonacci Q. 57, No. 5, 154--169 (2019; Zbl 1447.11096)]). The series under investigation are \(p\)-addicaly convergent series for the \(p\)-adic generalized Euler constant. More exactly, first the \(k\)th order Euler constant as a series of logarithms of the absolute Hasse zeta functions for powers of the multiplicative groups are studied, and after that the absolute Huwritz zeta function is involved. Also similar series are studied using higher order Bernoulli polynomials. Note that this work is an extension of results by \textit{N. Kurokawa} and \textit{H. Tanaka} [J. Geom. Phys. 126, 168--180 (2018; Zbl 1416.11137)] and \textit{N. Kurokawa} and \textit{H. Tanaka} [J. Number Theory 192, 348--355 (2018; Zbl 1444.11187)].
