The author considers the Sturm-Liouville equation \[ -y''+\left\{\frac{\nu^2-\frac{1}{4}}{(x-x_1)^{2}}+q(x)\right\}y=\lambda y,\ x\in(0,\pi), \tag{1} \] with the Bessel-type singularity inside the interval. The main goal is to formulate and to study the inverse problem for Eq. (1). Unfortunately, the paper contains a lot of serious mistakes. As a consequence, there is no correct statement of the problem, and there are no results in the paper.
