The authors define Fourier integral operators with symbols of infinite order, and give their product formulas and the propagation properties of Gevrey wave front sets by Fourier integral operators of infinite order. As an application, the authors construct fundamental solutions for not \(C^{\infty}\) well-posed hyperbolic equations with single characteristic roots and give the propagation of Gevrey wave front sets for their solutions.
