An algorithm of the regularization method is developed for a nonlinear singularly perturbed integro-differential system of Fredholm type, including the cases of nonresonance and resonance. The method is based on the theory of solvability of the associated iteration problems. A necessary and sufficient condition is obtained for the solvability of the iteration problems associated to the integro-differential equation. An algorithm to solve the iteration problems is constructed, that generates a way to obtain the formal solution corresponding to the nonlinear integro-differential system. The existence and uniqueness of the regularized solution is obtained and the asymptotic convergence of the formal solution to the exact regularized solution is proved by providing the error estimate.
