The authors study existence, uniqueness and global attractivity of positive periodic solution of a predator-prey system of Lotka-Volterra type with Holling type II functional response and also intraspecific competition of predators. The main methods involve a continuation theorem in the theory of coincidence degree and the classical Lyapunov second method.
