The author studies the structure of the first integrals and of the inverse integrating factors of the quasi-homogeneous system \[ dx_i/dt=X_i(x_1, x_2,\dots,x_n ),\quad i=1,2,\dots,n. \] Quasi-homogeneity means invariancy with respect to the transformation \[ (x_1,x_2,\dots,x_n,t)\to (\alpha^{p_1}x_1,\alpha^{p_2}x_2,\dots,\alpha^{p_n}x_n,\alpha^{-l}t), \] with appropriate natural numbers \(p_i\) and \(l\).
