This paper explores the existence and global attractivity of a unique positive almost periodic solution of the following generalized \(N\)-species competition model with delays \[ \dot{x}_i(t)=x_i(t) \biggl[r_i(t) -\sum_{j=1}^N a_{ij}(t)x_{j}^{\alpha_{ij}}(t) -\sum_{j=1}^N b_{ij}(t)x_{j}^{\alpha_{ij}}(t-\tau_{ij}(t)) -\sum_{j=1}^N c_{ij}(t) x_i^{\alpha_{ii}}(t) x_j^{\alpha_{jj}}(t)\biggr] \] where all the parameters are nonnegative almost periodic on \(\mathbb R\) except that the parameters \(\alpha_{ij}\) are constant. The approaches are standard, they involve comparison theorems and Lyapunov's second method.
