The authors show the existence of solutions for a special class of neutral functional differential inclusion involving a sectorial operator of the form \[ \frac{d}{dt}[y(t)-f(t,y_t)]\in Ay(t)+ F(t,y_t), \] where \(F\) is a multi-valued map. Further, the case when the domain of \(A\) is not dense and the case of infinite delay is also considered. Under some suitable conditions the compactness of the solution operator is shown and fixed point arguments are used.
