This is a continuation of the recent Part I by the same author [Differ. Equ. 40, No. 7, 934--946 (2004); translation from Differ. Uravn. 40, No. 7, 874--886 (2004; Zbl 1088.35040)] in a more special situation. Only \(2\)-dimensional composite manifolds with a \(1\)-dimensional skeleton consisting of stringers are considered (by a stringer a smooth arc is understood). The generalized Sobolev spaces that are introduced by the author for composite manifolds differ in so far from the construction in Part I that the traces have now higher regularity. Similar questions as in Part I are studied.
