In order to give an invariant definition of the Berezin integral in the non-compact case, the authors start by defining the integral of Berezin densities with respect to a retraction of the supermanifold \(M\) onto \(M_{0}\) and prove a version of Stokes' theorem in this setting. Next, they show that the retraction point of view is particularly meaningful, as it allows to present the ``boundary nature'' of the ``boundary terms'' on supermanifols with corners. These results have applications in spherical harmonic analysis on Riemannian symmetric supermanifolds and in the study of \(\sigma\)-model approximations of invariant random matrix ensembles.
