The author constructs a fixed vertical cylinder box \(C\) over \(D\) centered in the horizontal hyperplane \(\{t=0\}\) of the Sub-Riemannian Heisenberg group \(H^n\). He considers for any set \(E\) such that \(D\subset E\subset C\), and obtains that the perimeter of this set is larger than or equal to that of the rotationally symmetric sphere with constant mean curvature of the same volume.
