Nonlinear potential theory for (second-order) nonlinear elliptic equations was initiated by V. Maz'ya and M. Havin and its aim is to get tools (potentials) and results analogous to those of linear equations. This very fruitful approach has trigged a lot of work in nonlinear elliptic equation including degenerate equations of \(p\)-Laplacian type, recall the work of Hedberg, Kilpläinen, Maly, Wolff. Once the elliptic case is understood it is natural to look at the corresponding parabolic case. This is exactly the aim of the paper under review. For a class of degenerate parabolic equations of second-order (with the elliptic part modelled after the \(p\)-Laplacian) with right hand-side being a measure parabolic potential, estimates for the gradient of the solutions are derived. The potentials are of Wolff-type and the estimates are pointwise.
