The main object of the research announcement under review is a reductive group scheme \(G\) defined over a ring \(A\) of arithmetic nature (i.e. the ring of integers of a local or a global field~\(k\)). Assuming the existence of the corestriction map \(\text{Cores}:H^i(B, G_B) \to H^i(A,G)\) for any extension \(B/A\) from a certain class, the author, continuing a series of his earlier papers, studies validity of various versions of corestriction principle (whether or not the corestriction map behaves well with respect to the image or the kernel of a homomorphism of the form \(H^i(B,G)\to H^i(B,T)\) induced by some morphism of \(G\) to a torus \(T\), or of a connecting homomorphism of the form \(H^p(B,T)\to H^q(B,G)\) induced by some exact sequence involving \(G\) and \(T\)). The used cohomology is either étale or fppf. The author lists several instances when such a principle holds. The proofs will appear elsewhere.
