The author determines the number of holomorphic disks ending on the real Lagrangian in quintic threefold using mirror symmetric arguments. It is asserted in this paper that the tension of the domain wall between the two vacua on the brane satisfies a certain extension of Picard-Fuchs differential equation. The author also checks the conjecture by reproducing the first few instanton numbers. This is the first exact result on open string mirror symmetry for a compact CY-manifold.
