The goal of this paper is to analyze a delayed system for three types of distributions (Dirac, uniform and exponential) in the cases of norma cell cycle, neoplasmic cell cycle and multiple cell arrest states. The mathematical method used is based on the D-subdivision method combined with the crossing direction of eigenvalues. Also the Jacobi (structural) stability of the non-delayed dynamical system is studied for the neoplasmic cell and the system is shown to be unstable.
