For \(n\geq 2,\alpha \in (0,2)\) and \(\kappa\in)0,1/2]\), let \(X\) be a symmetric \(\alpha\)-process in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) and \(D\subset \mathbb{R}^n\) be a bounded \(\kappa\)-fat open set. The author first gives a probabilistic proof of the relative Fatou's theorem on \(D\). Second, the author proves an analogous result on \(D\) after a nonlocal Feyman-Kac transform. Moreover, some applications are given.
