The article investigates the stability of stationary solutions of a nonlinear size-structured populations dynamical model with size- and density-dependent fertility and mortality rates and with size-dependent growth rate. First a stationary solution is found by solving a BVP for an ODE. The eigenvalue problem for the linearized system leads again to a boundary value problem for an ordinary differential equation. From this equation the author deduces stability conditions for the stationary solution, which depend on the fertility function, growth rate and mortality.
