Verf. zeigt, daß es genau eine Invariante gibt, deren Verschwinden eine Bedingung dafür ist, daß \(\alpha\) Hyperflächen eines \(r\)-dimensionalen Raumes in einem gemeinsamen Punkt einen gemeinsamen \((r-\alpha+1)\)-dimensionalen Tangentialraum haben. Ferner wird die Ordnung dieser Invariante berechnet. Haben alle Hyperflächen die gleiche Ordnung \(n\), so ist die Ordnung der Invariante in den Koeffizienten einer Hyperfläche \[ n^{\alpha-1}(n-1)^{r-\alpha+1}\binom{r + 1}{\alpha}. \]
