Let \(\sum_{p}\) denote the class of meromorphically multivalent functions of the form \[ \displaystyle{f(z)=z^{-p}+\sum^{\infty}_{n=1}a_{n}z^{n-p}, \quad n \in \mathbb{N}=1, 2, 3,\dots,} \] which are analytic in the punctured open unit disk \(\mathbb{U}^{*}:=\{z:0<|z|<1\}=\mathbb{U} \setminus \{0\}.\) Define \[ \displaystyle{\phi_{p}(a, c; z)=z^{-p}+\sum^{\infty}_{n=1} \frac{(a)_{n}}{(c)_{n}}2^{n-p}}, \] where \((a)_{n}=a(a+1)\dots (a+n-1)\), \(n \in \mathbb{N}\). Corresponding to the function \(\phi_{p}(a, c; z)\), the linear operator \(L_{p} (a, c)\) can be defined by means of the Hadamard product \[ \displaystyle{L_{p} (a, c)f(z)=\phi_{p} (a, c; z)*f(z),} \] where \(f \in \sum_{p}\). Yang and Liu introduced the following subclass of \(\sum_{p}\): A function \(f\in \sum_{p}\) is said to be in the class \(M_{p} (a, c, \lambda; h)\), if it satisfies the subordination condition \[ \displaystyle{(1+\lambda)z^{p}L_{p} (a, c)f(z)+\frac{\lambda}{p}z^{p+1} (L_{p} (a, c)f(z))^{\prime} \prec h(z)}, \] where \(\lambda\) is a complex number and \(h \in S\). In this paper, the authors introduce and investigate the following subclass of \(\sum_{p}\): A function \(f\in \sum_{p}\) is said to be in the class \(N_{p} (a, c, \lambda; h)\), if it satisfies the subordination condition \[ \displaystyle{(1+\lambda)z^{p}L_{p} (a, c)g(z)+\frac{\lambda}{p}z^{p+1} (L_{p} (a, c)f(z))^{\prime} \prec h(z)}, \] where \(g \in M_{p} (a, c, \lambda; h)\). Various inclusion relationships and convolution properties for this subclass are obtained.
