In this paper we have the presentation of five new, so far unknown inequalities that relate the free energy differences and non-equilibrium work fluctuations. Taking into account recent theoretical developments in non-equilibrium thermodynamics established by Jarzynski and Crooks the author was able to show a remarkable link between equilibrium free energy differences and non-equilibrium fluctuations of work performed on the system. Based on the author's proposal there are possibilities to generate other inequalities that can be used in many important applications concerning biological, chemical and physical molecular processes. The paper consist of seven sections. The first one is an introduction presenting motivation for the work. In the second one we have a presentation of the method of finding inequalities between various statistical averages of functions of random variable. This is done in relation and generalization to the Weyl's method where the proposed \(Q(x,\beta)\) function will play a special role. In Section 3 the author recalls the Jarzynski inequality, which is used in the next section for investigations in the case of four special cases that lead to the existence of five inequalities (presented in the Table 1) -- here we have the usage and explanations about \(Q(x,\beta)\). These inequalities are used in Section 5 to obtain several additional relations involving work fluctuations. In Section 6 the author proposes a possible application of his inequalities. The last section is a summary of the work.
