This article deals with the superposition operator \(H(\varphi(x) = h(x,\varphi(x))\) in Hölder spaces of functions defined on an interval \(I\). It is considered the case when \(H\) is defined on the set \(\text{Lip}^\alpha(I,J)\) of functions \(\varphi(x)\) from \(\text{Lip}^\alpha(I)\) whose values belong to an interval \(J\) and takes its values in \(\text{Lip}^\alpha(I)\). The main result is the following statement: if \(H\) is uniformly continuous on \(\text{Lip}^\alpha(I,J)\), then its generator \(h(x,y)\) has a representation \[ h(x,y) = a(x)y + b(x) \] with \(a, b \in \text{Lip}^\alpha(I)\). The weak analogue of this theorem, with the the global Lipschitz property in place of the property of uniform continuity, was proved by the author in [Zesz.\ Nauk., Politech.\ Łódz., Mat.\ 17, 5--10 (1984; Zbl 0599.46031)].
