The known IMT-rule (in essence a change of variable extremely useful for numerical quadrature of functions with endpoints singularities) was published in japanese (1970) and has been frequently cited [see, f.e., \textit{P. J. Davis} and \textit{P. Rabinowitz}, Methods of numerical integration (1975; Zbl 0304.65016)]. A useful table for the abscissae and weights is revised using results of \textit{K. Murota} and the first author [Numer. Math. 38, 347-363 (1982; Zbl 0478.65010)] and a bibliography is added; in particular a related paper of \textit{C. Schwartz} [J. Comput. Phys. 4, 19-29 (1969; Zbl 0208.411)].
