A variant of the Ohsawa-Takegoshi extension theorem is proven, where the extension takes place from an analytic set with isolated singularities. Let \(X\) be an \(n\)-dimensional (\(n\geq 3\)) Stein manifold, and let \(\varphi\), \(\psi\) be plurisubharmonic functions on \(X\). Let \(v\) be a holomorphic function on \(X\) such that \(\sup (\psi +2\log |v|) \leq 0\) and \(dv\) does not vanish on any irreducible component of \(Y=v^{-1} (0)\). The singular set of \(Y\) is assumed to be zero-dimensional and, in some neighborhood \(V\) of \(\mathrm{Sing\,} Y\), \(\varphi\) is \(C^2\) strictly plurisubharmonic, and \(\psi\) is also \(C^2\). Then there exist a neighborhood \(U\) of \(\mathrm{Sing\,}Y\) and a constant \(C\) such that, for any holomorphic \((n-1)\)-form \(f\) on \(Y_0 = Y\setminus \mathrm{Sing\,} Y\), there exists a holomorphic \(n\)-form \(F\) on \(X\) satisfying \[ F= dv \wedge f \;\;\;\text{on } Y_0 \] and the estimate \[ \bigg|\int _X e^{-\varphi +\psi}F\wedge \bar{F} |\leq |\int _{Y-\setminus U} e^{-\varphi }f\wedge \bar{f} \bigg| . \] For Part VI see [the author, Contemp. Math. 332, 235--239 (2003; Zbl 1049.32010)].
