The author introduces a new type of sectional curvature in a purely algebraic way. This new sectional curvature can be defined on any vector space endowed with a scalar product and a symmetric cubic form, as the author points out. Also, some basic information and few examples of theorems about this new type of sectional curvature are given in the paper.
