The author proves that the Fourier-Laplace-Nahm transform for connections on the projective line is a hyper-Kähler isometry. In Section 2, the notation is introduced, and some known facts about hyper-Kähler manifolds are collected. In Section 3, the hyper-Kähler moduli spaces of singular solutions of the Hitchin's equations along the lines are described. In Section 4, the author recalls the Beauville-Narasimhan-Ramanan construction and discusses moduli spaces of sheaves on Poisson manifolds with emphasis on the Mukai pairing. In Section 5 the Fourier-Laplace-Nahm transform on the moduli spaces is defined, and the main theorem is proved.
