The authors study the global output convergence of a class of recurrent neural networks with distributed delays and time-varying inputs. By global output convergence it is understood the convergence of the activation function applied to any solution. New sufficient conditions are obtained by using the M-matrix properties. Some illustrative examples are included at the end of the paper.
