The authors extend the Chas-Sullivan loop product, the coproduct and the \(BV\)-operator for loop homology of manifolds to oriented differential stacks. In particular, they define a functorial free loop stack \(L{\mathcal X}\) for a topological stack \({\mathcal X}\), and for oriented differential stacks of dimension \(d\) a product \(\ast:H_\bullet(L{\mathcal X})\otimes H_\bullet(L{\mathcal X})\to H_{\bullet-d}(L{\mathcal X})\) a coproduct \(\delta: H_\bullet(L{\mathcal X})\to\bigoplus_{i+j=\bullet-d} H_i(L{\mathcal X})\otimes H_j(L{\mathcal X})\) a square zero operator \(D\): \(H_\bullet(L{\mathcal X})\to H_{\bullet+1}(L{\mathcal X})\) such that \((H_\bullet(L{\mathcal X}),\ast,\delta)\) is a Frobenius algebra and \((({\mathbb H}_\bullet(L{\mathcal X}),\ast,D)\) with \({\mathbb H}_\bullet L{\mathcal X}=H_{\bullet +d}(L{\mathcal X})\) is a \(BV\)-algebra.
