    The authors introduce the Baskakov-Bézier type operators and estimate their rate of convergence for functions that are locally bounded on \([0,\infty)\) and fulfil the growth condition \(f(t)=\text{O}(t^{\gamma})\) as \(t\to\infty\), for some \(\gamma>0\).
