The authors discuss properties of the heat kernel associated with some Schrödinger operators. With further applications, they also give a characterization of \(H^1\) spaces associated with some Schrödinger operators by using Riesz transforms. The results can be considered as a kind of extension of classical results in harmonic analysis. Reviewer's remark: The paper is interesting and deep.
