In this paper the authors discuss the multilinear Hardy operators in higher dimensional cases and give the CBMO estimates for multilinear Hardy operators on some function spaces, such as the Lebesgue spaces, the Herz spaces and the Morrey-Herz spaces. The results can be seen as a kind of extension of related works by \textit{Z. Fu, Z. Liu, S. Lu} and \textit{H. Wang} [Sci. China Ser. A, 50, 1418--1426 (2007; Zbl 1131.42012 )] and by \textit{S. Long} and \textit{J. Wang} [J. Math. Anal. Appl., 274, 626--644 (2002, Zbl 1022.42011)].
