The author determines the defining relations of Weyl groups for extended affine root systems of type \(A^{(1,1)}_l\), \(B^{(1,1)}_l\), \(C^{(1,1)}_l\), \(D^{(1,1)}_l\) and shows that similarly to the affine cases, each reflection is expressed by the product of finite type simple reflections and two translations.
