The authors introduce the following notions: \({\mathcal{W}}\)-family of generalized pseudodistances, \(\Phi\)-family of generalized gauge maps, and set-valued dynamical system of \(\left( {\mathcal{W}}; \Phi \right)\)-contractions of Meir-Keeler type in uniform spaces. Also, they give sufficient conditions to guarantee the existence and uniqueness of endpoints of these types of mappings together with the convergence of all generalized sequences of iterations. This paper is a continuation of other joint works of these authors with collaborators: \textit{K. Włodarczyk, D. Klim} and \textit{R. Plebaniak} [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 328, No.~1, 46--57 (2007; Zbl 1110.54025)], \textit{K. Włodarczyk, R. Plebaniak} and \textit{C.
