Let \(C\) be an algebraic curve embedded transversally in a power \(E^N\) of an elliptic curve \(E\) with complex multiplication. The paper provides an explicit bound for the height of all the algebraic points on \(C\) contained in the union of all proper algebraic subgroups of \(E^N\). The method gives a totally explicit version of the Manin-Demjanenko theorem in the elliptic case and complements previous results only proved when E does not have complex multiplication. The main theorem is Theorem 1.2 and presents an explicit bound on the canonical height of \(K\)-rational points on such a transverse curve \(C\). The proof builds on the arithmetic Bézout theorem, the geometry of numbers and an inequality of Zhang. The authors also provide nice explicit families of curves to illustrate their method.
