The paper under review studies bundles on a smooth projective curve \(C\). These are \(p\)-torsors under a twisted form of a semisimple group \(G\) which satisfies a certain condition at the places of bad reduction, which is for example satisfied in case of tame ramification. It is then shown that such bundles become trivial if one removes a point, and thus can be uniformised by affine Grassmannians. This generalises known results for constant group schemes (including parabolic structures). As applications one computes the set of connected components of the moduli stack, as well as the Picards group for simply connected \(G\). The latter is an extension of \(\mathbb{Z}\) by contributions which come from places of bad reduction. However, it is not shown that a generator of the quotient \(\mathbb{Z}\) has ``central charge'' one.
