The authors employ a Lyapunov functional and the linear matrix ineqality method to derive sufficient conditions for global asymptotic stability of a class of cellular neural networks with time-varying discrete distributed delays. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the usefulness and effectiveness of the main result.
