The usual setup of finitary 2-representation theory involves finitary 2-categories, which have finitely many objects and in which each hom-category has finitely many isomorphism classes of indecomposable 1-morphisms, along with finite dimensional hom-spaces of 2-cells. In earlier work the author relaxes the finiteness condition on objects to locally finitary 2-categories. In this paper the author further relaxes each of the other finiteness conditions with a countable infinite condition, along with the requirement that the 2-category be locally Krull-Schmidt. The main result of this paper (Theorem 5.15) is as follows: any transitive 2-representation of a locally wide weakly flat 1-category \(C\) is equivalent to a certain subcategory of the comodule 1-morphism category over a coalgebra 1-morphism in a certain extension of \(C\).
