Let \(G\) be a finite group, \(\pi(G)\) be the set of prime divisors of \(|G|\) and \(\pi_e(G)\) be the set of element orders of \(G\). A finite simple group \(G\) is called a simple \(K_4\)-group if \(|\pi(G)|=4\). For \(i\in\pi_e(G)\), denote by \(o_i(G)=|\{g\in G\mid |g|=i\}|\), the size of elements order \(i\) in \(G\), and \(\text{nse}(G)=\{o_i(G)\mid i\in\pi_e(G)\}\), the set of sizes of elements with the same order. In this paper, the authors prove that if \(G\) is a finite group and \(M\) is a simple \(K_4\)-group, then \(G\cong M\) if and only if \(|G|=|M|\) and \(\text{nse}(G)=\text{nse}(M)\).
